黄斑円孔術後の視野異常

Visual field defects after macular hole surgery

（展示197）　特発性黄斑円孔に対する硝子体手術後の83眼（stage3：59眼，stage4：24眼）に対してゴールドマン視野検査を行い，ステージ3で5眼の視野異常を検出した。ステージ4では視野異常はなく，術前術後に測定した23眼（stage3：16眼，stage4：7眼）では視野異常は検出されなかった。

We studied 83 eyes of surgically treated idiopathic macular hole by Goldmann perimetry. The series comprised 59 eyes of stage 3 and 24 eyes of stage 4 hole. Defects in more peripheral visual field was detected in 5 eyes of stage 3 hole and in none of stage 4 hole. There was no visual field defect in 23 eyes examined before and after vitreous surgery including 16 eyes of stage 3 and 7 eyes of stage 4 hole.
