全身に異常のない網膜astrocytomaの1例

Monosymptomatic astrocytoma of the retina

　16歳女性で，頭蓋内および全身の皮膚に異常を認めず，検眼鏡的にastrocytomaと診断された1例を経験した。

　症例は，左眼眼底の，乳頭上方に隣接した約2乳頭径大の黄色で境界鮮明なほぼ円形の腫瘤を認めた。網膜面より約4D隆起しており，その表面には凹凸がみられ桑実状を呈していた。視野検査では腫瘤の位置に相当する部位より周辺に弓状の視野欠損を示した。螢光眼底造影では，静脈相後期にstainingが始まり，一部網膜血管が腫瘤内を走行していた。全身検索の結果，特に異常はなかった。これらの所見より，網膜に孤発したastrocytomaと考えられた。

A retinal tumor was detected in the left eye of a 16-year-old girl during a visit at an eye clinic for myopia. The retinal tumor was located upper-tem-poral and close to the disc. It was roundish in shape, yellow in color and mulberry-like in appearance. It was 2 disc diameters across and 4 diopters in height.Crescent scotoma was located by perimetry. Fluo-rescein angiography showed staining of the tumor during the venous phase. Systemic and laboratory examinations were noncontributory. Tuberous scle-rosis and neurofibromatosis were ruled out. The findings led to the diagnosis of monosymptomatic retinal astrocytoma.
