  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

A 46-year-old female presented with myodesopsia and blurring of vision in the right eye. She had been diagnosed as Crohn's disease, 9 years before. Funduscopy showed retinal vasculitis in the periphery. Vitreous floaters were also present. Fluorescein angiography showed multiple capillary nonperfusion in areas adjacent to retinal vasculitis. The fundus lesions responded promptly to systemic corticosteroid. The eye lesions appeared to be etiologically related to Crohn's disease.
