自然寛解した黄斑部網膜上膜

Spontaneous separation of epiretinal membranes

　自然寛解した網膜前膜（黄斑上膜）の2例を経験した。症例1は33歳女性。周辺部網膜血管腫に伴う続発性黄斑上膜で血管腫に対する光凝固後の後部硝子体剥離の発生とともに黄斑上膜は自然剥離した。症例2は57歳女性。網膜剥離手術後に生じた黄斑雛襲で，発生後約半年後に黄斑上膜は自然剥離した。黄斑上膜の自然剥離により2例とも視力を回復した。

We observed spontaneous separation of the epiretinal membranes from the retinal surface in 2 eyes. A 33-year-old female was diagnosed as retinal hemangioma with foveal pucker in her left eye. Laser photocoagulation to the hemangioma was followed, 3 months later, by posterior vitreous detachment and spontaneous separation of the epiretinal membrane from the macula with recovery of vision. A 57-year-old female was operated for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment by segmental scleral buckling with an exoplant method in her right eye. Macular pucker developed 1 month after surgery. The epiretinal membrane separated spontaneously from the retina by shrinkage of the membrane 3 months later.
