内因性ぶどう膜炎に対する硝子体手術の検討

Evaluation of vitrectomy for endogenous uveitis

　サルコイドーシス5眼，疑診を含むベーチェット病2眼，原因不明3眼の内因性ぶどう膜炎8例10眼（男性4例，女性4例）の硝子体混濁に対して硝子体手術を行った。全例で術後視力が向上し，経過観察期間（平均30.7か月）中その視力は保持され，合併症も認めなかった。

　ベーチェット病など非肉芽性ぶどう膜炎に対する硝子体手術は，手術時期，手術適応など慎重な検討が必要であるが，サルコイドーシスなどの肉芽性ぶどう膜炎の硝子体混濁に対しては，視力改善のため硝子体手術は有効であると考えられる。

We performed pars plana vitrectomy to relieve vitreous opacity in 10 eyes, 8 patients, with en-dogenous uveitis. The series included ocular sar-coidosis 5 eyes, presumed Behçet disease 2 eyes and uveitis of unidentified origin 3 eyes. Postsurgically, the visual acuity improved in all cases. No compli-cations have been observed during the follow-up period of 1 to 58 months, average 31 months. Pars plana vitrectomy is safe and effective for en-dogenous uveitis with vitreous opacity.
