Ca拮抗薬の家兎脈絡膜末梢循環に及ぼす影響を,レーザースペックル末梢循環解析機を用いて検討した。全身麻酔下で,Ca拮抗薬投与群5匹には塩酸ニカルジピン40μg/kgを,対照群5匹には生理食塩水0.4ml/kgをそれぞれ静注し,脈絡膜末梢血流速度の指標であるnormalizedblur (NB値)を静注後5分間隔で90分間測定した。Ca拮抗薬投与群の脈絡膜NB値は,静注75分および85分後にはそれぞれ静注前の119.7%,113.9%と,対照群より有意に上昇していた。Ca拮抗薬投与群の前値と比べた血圧は静注5分および10分後に対照群のそれに比べ有意に低下していたが,脈拍,動脈血pH,pCO2,pO2,直腸温および眼圧は有意差はなかった,塩酸ニカルジピンが脈絡膜末梢循環改善作用を有することが示唆された。
We evaluated the effect of nicardipine, a calcium antagonist, on the choroidal circulation in rabbit eyes. In the treated group, 40 μg/kg of nicardipine and 0.4 ml/kg of saline was injected intravenously under general anesthesia. Normalized blur of thechoroid was measured as a quantitative index of blood flow velocity using a laser speckle circulation analyzer at a 5-minute interval up to 90 minutes. The value in the treated group increased to 119.7% at 75 minutes and to 113.9% at 85 minutes from the initial level. The rise was significant when compar-ed with control. The blood pressure in the treated group decreased significantly 5 and 10 minutes after injection. No significant changes were obser-ved regarding the pulse rate, pH, pCO2, pO2, body temperature and intraocular pressure. The findings seemed to show that intravenous nicardipine in-creased the blood flow velocity in the choroid.
