　眼トキソプラズマ症における網膜新生血管発生は稀だが，我々は内服治療にもかかわらず，網膜および乳頭新生血管，硝子体出血を生じた44歳男性の症例に対し，硝子体切除術，レーザー光凝固術を施行し，新生血管消退と病巣の鎮静化を得た。本例の新生血管発生機序に関しては，網膜血管炎に伴う毛細血管床閉塞以外に，眼内の強い炎症による影響も推測された。

A 44-year-old man developed retinal and optic disc neovascularization secondary to ocular toxo-plasmosis. Massive vitreous hemorrhage followedin spite of medical treatment. We performed pars plana vitrectomy and photocoagulation with endo-laser. We applied transpupillary dye laser photocoagulation to the focal lesions in the fundus. Following treatment, the neovascularizations re-gressed with resolution of inflammation.
