北海道眼科医会によるロービジョンケア連携推進プロジェクトの現状

Current status of the project to facilitate cooperative low-vision care by Hokkaido Ophthalmologists Association

要約　目的：ロービジョンケア導入のための連携を促進するプロジェクトであるスマートサイト北海道版の，運用開始直後の現状報告。対象と方法：北海道眼科医会ホームページの会員専用頁に，ロービジョンケアの連携に必要な情報と文書書式を収載して北海道内全眼科医に提供し，運用開始後6か月間における利用実態を調査した。結果：現状で実施されているロービジョンケアの大部分は自院で発生した症例に対するものであり，また，他分野専門機関との連携も少数にとどまる。結論：眼科医療機関相互間および医療機関と視覚リハ専門機関との間の連携を推進するうえで，スマートサイト北海道版の活用は重要であり，さらなる啓発が望まれる。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the 6-month status of the promotion project to facilitate cooperative low-vision care in Hokkaido. Subjects and Methods：Internet-based information to facilitate the introduction of low-vision care through cooperation between general ophthalmologists and low-vision specialists had been provided by Hokkaido Ophthalmologists Association. Results：Current status indicates that cooperative approach to low-vision care is still insufficient for the potential demands of the low-vison care. Conclusion：To expand the clinical capacity to assure all low-vison patients of sufficient care, the promotion project to facilitate cooperative low-vision care promises to be useful.
