ベーチェット病不全型にDevic病が併発した1症例

A case of Behçet's disease developed Devic's optic neuromyelitis

　我々はBehçet病にDevic病（横断性脊髄炎と両眼視神経障害）を合併した1例を経験した。症例は15歳，男子で結節性紅斑，口腔内アフタ，陰部潰瘍の症状を示しBehçet病と診断され，この疾患罹患中に横断性脊髄炎を呈し，更に急激な両眼の視力低下を来した。視神経障害以外，眼科的に異常は認められなかった。Behçet病の病態に免疫異常が考えられていることより，この免疫異常によりDevic病が発症したものと考えられ，両者を一元的に考察してみた。

A 15-year-boy developed acute bilateral visual loss. Besides clinical manifestations of bilateral acute optic neuropathy, he also showed those of transverse myelitis and was diagnosed as Devic's disease.

Since 3 years before, the patient had suffered from genital ulcer, erythema nodosum and aphth-ous stomatitis. He was given the diagnosis of incomplete type of Behçet's disease.

Immunological abnormalities are thought to be involved in the pathogenesis of Behçet's disease and also of Devic disease. The present case is of interest as the two diseases seemed to have occurred on some common immunodefective bases.
