毛様体ジアテルミーならびに毛様体冷凍術の虹彩血流に与える影響について

Effect of diathermy and cryoapplication to the ciliary body on the blood flow of the iris

　出血緑内障48眼に対して線維柱帯切除術を施行し，術中毛様体ジアテルミーの併用が術中・術後の前房出血を防止するのに有益であることを示した．

　白色家兎の虹彩血流量は，毛様体ジアテルミー直後では約50％以上の減少を示し，毛様体冷凍術直後では約30％反応性に増加することを，レーザー・ドップラー血流計を用いて示した．

Trabeculectomy was performed on 48 eyes with rubeotic glaucoma, either with or without cyclodiather-my. Use of cyclodiathermy was significantly beneficial in preventing hyphema during or after surgery.

Blood flow volume in the iris was measured in albino rabbits using laser Deppler flowmeter before or immedi-ately after application of diathermy or cryopexy to the ciliary body. The blood flow volume in the iris de-creased by 50% after cyclodiathermy. It increased by 30 % after cyclocryopexy.
