眼内レンズ挿入後発生した網膜剥離

Retinal detachment following intraocular lens surgery

　我々は最近6年半の間に214眼に対しIOL挿入術を行ったが（ICCE 183眼，ECCE 31眼），うち7眼に網膜剥離が発生した。網膜剥離が発生した7眼は，すべてICCE群であった。1例は心臓疾患のため手術不能であり，他の6例に対して手術を行い，うち5例に解剖学的復位を得た。復位を得た5例の術後視力は，0.9が1例，0.15〜0.1が2例，0.02が1例，指数弁が1例であった。

Out of a consecutive series of 214 intraocular lens implantations during the past 6 and half-a-year period, 7 cases developed retinal detachments in the operated eyes. The series included 183 in-tracapsular and 31 extracapsular cataract extrac-tions. The detachment occurred solely after intra-capsular extractions.

The surgical outcome of the retinal detachment was generally favorable. One case could not be operated because of heart problems. Anatomic cure was obtained in 5 out of the 6 operated cases. Retinal detachment persisted in the other one case due to massive periretinal proliferations.
