高感度薄膜長巻ILFORDフィルムを用いた蛍光眼底撮影

Use of thin and long-roll film in rapid serial fluorescein angiography

　高感度で超薄フィルムベースを特色とする新製品ILFORD72枚撮りフィルムを螢光眼底撮影に応用して，高速度頻回連続撮影（3frames／sec．45°画角）を臨床例11眼に施行した。結果は従来の36枚撮りフィルムに比べて2倍の連続撮続が可能で，眼内循環動態の評価のための各種parameterを，血行速度の遅い疾患も含め一般の眼底カメラで収録しうる可能性が増大した。

A new B & W film (Ilford-HP5, SP444) became recently available for motor-driven camera. It is characterized by extremely thin film base (0.08mm) so that an ordinary disposable film magazine con-tains 301 cm of the film strip enabling 72 expo-sures. A high sensitivity (ISO 400/27°; ASA 400, 27 DIN) is the standard. I evaluated the applicability of this film material for routine rapid serial fluo-rescein angiography at the rate of 3 frames per second using Topcon-TRC WT3 system.

The resolution of the photographed film was satis-factory as the capillary details were usually visi-ble on the angiograms.
