頑固な眼愁訴患者へのアプローチ—眼の健康貿問表，Dogmatylの使用

Psychosomatic approach to asthenopia and its treatment with an antipsychotic drug, Sulpiride (Dogmatyl)

　「眼の健康質問表」（試作），向精神薬ドグマチール投与，ときにマイナー・トランキライザーの併用を組み合わせることによって，頑固な眼愁訴患者に対するアプローチ法を確立する臨床実験を行った。質問表のスコアが高い場合には，ドグマチールが奏効する傾向にあり，奏効しにくく不安のスコアが高い場合には，マイナー・トランキライザーの併用を行うことにより症状の改善をみることが多かった。質問表のスコアが低い場合には，器質性疾患の発見によりいっそう努力する必要がある。本報告に述べた手順に従うならば，能率よくかつ的確に頑固な眼愁訴患者に対応できるものと考えられた。

Eye strains associated with various ocular diseases were analyzed by use of a method of psychosomatic medicine, i.e. a modification of Cornell Medical Index, which scored responsiveness to a question-naire consisting of relevant inquiries. The effects ofadministration of a new antipsychotic drug, Sulpi-ride (Dogmatyl®) on the symptoms were studied with respect to the score of the questionnaire. Pa-tients with high score generally showed improve-ment of the symptoms and reduction of the score by use of the drug, specifically when the astheno-pie symptoms were basically functional or psycho-logical.
