We followed up two females, aged 26 and 30 years, who manifested a yellowish-white disciform choroidal lesion unilaterally. The lesions showed a slight tendency for increase in size during the follow-up period of over 3 years. While the lesions were thought to be choroidal hemangiomas ini-tially, subsequent examinations including x-rays, ultrasonography and CT scan indicated the lesions to be composed of electronically high density tissue.
Ophthalmoscopic, angiographic and radiological features were in accordance with those of choroidal osteoma.
