  • Look Inside

A 53-year-old female was seen by us with acute bilateral visual disturbance as chief com-plaint. We detected concentric visual field defect and dyschromatopsia. Fundus findings were normal. The patient was free of neuro-logical abnormalities and did not manifest motor or sensory disturbances. Through cereb-ral angiography, we confirmed the bilateral occlusion of middle cerebral artery as the cause of the visual disturbances.
