原田氏病に見られた特異な経過を示す流動性眼底色素斑について

Observation of fundus pigment spots with a peculiar course seen in Harada's disease

I．緒言

　最近2例の原田氏病患者を治療中，従来原田氏はじめ多くの報告に見られる，該患者の眼底色素斑とは，その形状や消長の経過が非常に異なる色素斑の出現を観察したので報告し，且つ，該色素斑の消失過程を伺い得ると思われる眼底写真を得たので図譜として供覧したい。

両例は共に高度の網膜剥離を生じ，又毛髪白変，内耳性難聴等の全身症状を伴う定型的な原田氏病の症例であつた。（第1〜4図は図譜参照）

Of late, peculiar pigment spots in the fundus were observed in the abating stage of retinal detatchment in 2 cases of Harada's disease treated at our clinic.

The spots nearly always 1) appeared near the papilla or macula lutea, 2) were of about papilla-size, 3) were well defined. in outline, 4) and suddenly faded without leaving any trace usually between 24 and 48 hours after appearance.
