教室における瞼下垂症の統計的観察—特にその治療について

A statistical survey of blepharoptosis

I．緒言

　眼瞼下垂症は上眼瞼拳筋の機能障害に依つて上眼瞼が下垂した状態であつて，先天性瞼下垂症と後天性瞼下垂症に大別される。後者には，第Ⅲ脳神経麻痺又は，頸部交感神経麻痺による下垂，神経筋障害による下垂，解剖学的変化による下垂，瘢痕形成による下垂等が含まれる。何れにしても，本症は美容的に患者に対して，著しい精神的負担を与えるのみでなく，随伴症として，弱視や両眼視発育障害が起る場合があるから，その治療は重要視される。

　治療法としては，非観血的療法と観血的療法があり，観血的には，眼瞼拳上に，（i）上眼瞼拳筋を短縮してその機能を高める方法，（ii）前頭筋を利用する方法（iii）上直筋を利用する方法等があつてBlaskovics，Elschnig，Eversbusch，Friedenwald，Motais，Pagenstecher，Hess，河本，石原，大橋，畑等によつて種々と術式について検討が加えられている。

Materials for this study comprised 57 congenital, 13 aquired and 12 myasthenic Blepharoptosis examined during the five-year period of 1955-1959.

The Anticholinesterase agent (D. F. P) applied locally to extraocular muscles suffering from ocular myasthenia gravis showed improvement in muscle function and facilitated the effect of a systemic administered Mytelase.
