角結膜乾燥症に合併した角膜真菌症の1例について

A case report of fungus keratitis with keratoconjunctivitis sicca

緒言

　最近は，眼感染症に対して種々の抗生物質が用いられ多大の効果を収めているが，ひとり真菌症のみ未だ効果的な薬剤とてなく，重要な感染症として残されている。

　私は，角結膜乾燥症に角膜真菌症を合併した1例を経験し，くわしく経過を追い得たのでこれを報告する。

By the recent use of such drugs as wide-spectrum-antibiotics and corticosterons, mycosis of the eye became quite numerous. The authors observed a corneal mycosis accompanied by xerophthalmia, and used "Trichomycin" for the treatment of this corneal mycosis, and obtained a marked improvement of the disease.
