アクロマイシン（塩酸テトラサイクリン）による油剤，軟膏，水液の結膜嚢内滞溜時間に関する研究

Studies on the persistency of Achromycin oil-suspension vaselinointment and water-solution applied in conjunctival sack

　抗生物質点眼薬として，点眼に便利であつて，而も力価を保存^14）し易く^{4）6）13）11）}，又適当な粘度によつて，結膜嚢内濃度を保持させるのを目的として，最近油性点眼薬の研究使用が多くの人々によつて試みられて居り，その剤質には植物油^{4）8）13）15）}，鉱物性の流動パラフイン等が挙げられて居る。

　当院に於ても，患者の自宅点眼に軟膏使用の不便を感じて居たので，注射用椿油に，アルミニユーム・モノステアレートを2％の割合いに混じ^13）15），110〜120℃に加熱冷却後，カプセル入りアクロマイシン（塩酸テトラサイクリン）を1％力価相当に入れた揺動性膠質を調製したので，結膜嚢内滞溜濃度の時間的消長を，濾紙法により測定した。同時に1％力価相当アクロマイシン水液，同白色ワゼリンとの比較を試みた。

The persistency of Achromycin oil-suspension, vaselin-ointment and water-solution instilled in human conjunctival sack were measured and compared them each other by the paper disk method.

In preliminary studies, several conditions of experiment (on the size of paper disk, the volume of media and dosis of bacillus cereus inoculated in test media, etc.) were dicided in oder to gain exact results.

Although results of meaurement varied in some extent individualy, the maintenance of the three medicaments, after instillation, decreased in same way up to about 200 minuts.
