  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

It is supposed that intra-ocular blood vessel pressure is controlled in the same manner as systemic blood pressure, but author's experimentation has revealed that the former is sometimes subject to an independent control. This is explained by the fact that admini-stration of a hypotonic agent, VEGOLYCEN T, which can decrease systemic blood pressure of a glaucomatous patient does not cause a decrease in his central retinal arterial pressure (C.A.P.). Here, C.A.P. is assumed to be possessed with some independency.
