眼手術後鎮痛剤としてのノブロン注の応用

Ophthalmic Applications of Noblon

　眼科領域に於ける手術，特に眼球内手術の場合，我々は特殊の例を除いては術前に局所麻酔剤等を点眼使用することが多く，その際，患者の疼痛は手術中或は手術直後には無自覚か或は極く軽微であつても，術後時間の長ずるにつれて漸次その程度を増して来るのが普通である。特に虹彩切除等の如く，術中より既に激しき疼痛を訴え易きものにあつては，術後の疼痛を比較的長時間にわたつて緩和もしくは消失せしめ，ひいては安静を確保できる薬剤の応用は，臨床的にも，甚だ望ましいことと云わねばならない。

　最近，所謂人工冬眠法の主体をなす薬剤たるクロールプロマジン12.5mgにグレラン0.2g及び塩酸ジフエンヒドラミン20mg （抗ヒスタミン剤）を含んだグレラン製薬株式会社製（1管2cc筋注用）ノブロンは，その構成々分からみてこの目的に添い得るように思われるので我々は白内障，緑内障，斜視その他の手術患者54名に対してその効果を追察してみた。

The authors per-and interoperatively instilled a local anesthesia drug into eyes of cataract, glaucoma, detachment of the retina, squint, and corneal and conjunctival diseases the pur-pose of ease of pain after intraocular operation, and postoperativery administered to the intramusclar injection of Noblon made by Grelan Seiyaku Ltd which contained 12.5mg of Chlorpromazine, 0.2gr of Grelan and 20mg of Diphenhydramin-HC1. Those applications were relatively success ful in easing preoperative pain of each case, especially iridectomy. The intramusclar injection produced no ill reaction.
