The conjunctival rapid reaction of Penicillin

緒言

　Pアナフイラキシーの予防診断を目的として河東氏は点眼反応及び皮内反応の比較を試み，個体のPアレルギー状態の強さに応じて，安全と思われる診断用のP点眼液の濃度を想定した。若しも安全にして簡易な点眼反応が，皮内反応と同程度に上述の予防診断に役立つならば，臨床上大いに利用さるべきものであり，其の価値は大きいものである。私は先頃から河東氏の方法によりP点眼反応が皮内反応とどの程度一致するかについて検討を試みて来たが，現在迄の結果につき報告したいと思う。

By applying Penicillin solusions of 250u/cc and 1000u/cc to the conjunctiva for the pur-pose of the preventive diagnosis of Penicillin anaphylaxy. I got 86% of the accordance-rate of the conjunctival reaction with the intracutaneous reaction, while Katou had reported 94.7% of the accordance-rate. Then I described a few considerations about cases of non-accordance of the conjunctival reaction with the intracutaneous reaction.
