緑内障様主訴症例に就て

Chief complaints glaucomalike

　緑内障診断が極めて困難なるものだけに，其の誤診も亦比較的多いと云わなければならない。

　私は当院外来患者中，緑内障様主訴により，未検査のまま，一般医に於て，緑内障或は疑似と診断された無手術症例28例に就て，是が如何なる主訴並に病状を呈しているものかを検索し，得る処があつたので茲に報告する。

I discribed each diagnosis of 28 cases with chief complaint of glaucomalike which were healed or eased by the symptomatic treatment, and laid stress on considering these for differencial diagnosis of glaucoma.
