緑内障早期診断，特に傾斜試験に就て—補遺共の2早期緑内障主導側に就て

Early Diagnosis of Glaucom: Especially on the Declivity-Test.:Adjunct 2. About the leading side of a pair of eyes at the early glaucom

　眼科的疾患の診断に当つて是が複臓器である以上相対的観察は日常我々の常に試みる処である。而して左右の疾病が早期に全く同程度に罹患し進行する事は極めて稀な事である。緑内障に於いては単眼性も両眼性もあるけれども早期に単眼性であり乍ら，機能上即ち眼圧に於いて両眼性に上昇を来すものが間々認められる。所謂同感性眼圧の由つて来さしむる処であり，此の場合健側は二次的に器質の変状を来し，恰も早期より両眼性に発来し，個々別々に同程度の進行を呈したる如く解されがちである。

　斯かる場合，両傾差試験としては，全く正常値或いは其に近い第Ⅰ型を示すのであるが，何れに主導性があるかを決定する事は極めて重要な事と思われる。

Relative difference of the intraocular-pressure between a pair of eyes is important for the early diagnosis of glancom.

This is my motive. Therefore I have investigated the Suda's test and Hiraoka's observation of it, from the point of the difference of a pair of eyes and have found that the leading side at the rising intraocular-pressure of a pair of eyes have been searched by the difference.

Moreover, extending the investigation, I tried the consideration at some of glaucoma simplex and their transitions-form by the declivity test (especially on the difference of in traocular-pressure between a pair of eyes in version).
