Recently, acute allergic conjunctivitis gradually increased with popularization of eye solution that contain varial antibiotics and sulphamin. The authors experienced 109 cases of acute allergic conjunctivitis during 2 years, from Jan. 1952 to June 1955 and investigated the antigens on each cases.

The results were followings.

1) Penicilline 34 31.2

2) Homosulphamin 16 14.6

3) Proved 10 9.1

4) Not proved 49 44.9
