（10）外傷性網膜脱出の一例

Acase of the traumatic retinal prolapse

1．はしがき

　網膜の外傷は稀なものではなく，従来多数の記載がなされている。その大部分を占めるものは，鈍体による眼球打撲に際してみられる網膜の病変に就いてであつて，この他，放射線による外傷遠達性網膜損傷，異物，創傷等が報告されているが，網膜の脱出をみた症例は極めて数少い様である。

　私達は最近，外傷性網膜脱出の1例を観察する機会を得たので，茲に報告して，文献を豊かにしたいと思う。

The injuries of the retina are not so rare but the traumatic retinal prolapse is very rare. In almost all the case in the literatures, scraps of the retina prolapsed through the wounds of the screla.

This case was 6yr. old boy. The rail of cartain was broken when he pulled the cartain in horizontal position and the tip of the rail has struck in his right eye.

The retina prolaspsed in sac-shape through the hiatus of cornea. The anterior chamber and vitreous body were filled with blood. Enucleation was performed.

Regeneration of visual purple were tried from the intraoculr retina and prolapsed parts of the retina.
