眼底循環異常と腎所見—第1報症例報告ならびに網膜病変の形態観察

Correlation of Retinal Vascular Changes and Renal Roentgenographic Abnormality

緒言

　腎疾患と眼底病変に関して，従来より多方面にわたつて多くの報告がある。その大部分が腎機能異常を伴う血圧亢進にさいしてみられる眼底病変として記述されているのが現状である。

　しかし腎性網膜症と他の高血圧性網膜症には質的な差異があるとして，鑑別が可能であると示唆するものもあり^1）2），最近の腎を中心とした血圧の変化，血管障害に関する研究がすすめられるに従い，いわゆる腎性網膜症あるいは腎性高血圧症による網膜病変と称せられるものの成立には，高血圧以外の要素が含まれていることが考えられ，単に高血圧性変化として理解するに止めることに疑問がある。

During the past one year, we have studied 76 renal roentgenogramm of patients with re-tinal fluorescein angiographic abnormality. The retinal changes included capillary dilatation, abnormal capillary net, capillary aneurysm, par-tial arteriolosclerosis, retinal pigmentepithelium degeneration with vascular change, haemorrage and white patch.

The roentgenographic examination was car-ried out in all patients, and some of them receiv-ed renal angiography and/or retro-peritoneal renography.
