螢光造影法により発生機序の明らかとなつた網膜色素線条症の黄斑部変化

Fluorescein Fundus Studies in a Case of Angioid Streaks

I．はじめに

　網膜色素線条症（Grünblad-Strandberg症候群）が眼底後極部の出血を伴う場合のあることは，多くの症例報告を通じて古くからよく知られている事実であるが，時にその黄斑部の変化が，本来ある網膜色素線条症に由来するものか，あるいは他の原因によるものかを判定するのに困難な場合もある。われわれは最近このような症例に遭遇し，螢光眼底撮影の結果，はじめて診断を明確にすることができた1症例を経験したのでここに報告したい。

A case is reported in whom retinal haemor-rhage and disciform degenerative lesion of macula proved to be accompanied by angioid streaks. The patient, a male of 67 years of age, was diagnosed as angioid streaks based upon fluorescence fundus studies and biopsy findings made on skin tissue from the neck. Etiology of the retinal haemorrhage with angioid streaks was discussed.
