Hypertensive retinopathy and ophthalmodynamometry

1．網膜血圧における左右差

　網膜血圧測定の応用分野の1つとして頸動脈系循環障碍への応用がある。その際問題となる網膜血圧の左右差について著者らの教室における成績を述べる。

（1）正常者150例につき網膜血圧の左右差をみると，殆ど全例に於て最高，最低血圧のいずれも差は5mmHg以内であり，差の平均値は夫々最高血圧1.74rnrnHg，最低血圧1.58mmHgであつた。左右差は殆ど認めないといえる。

The symposium over hypertensive retino-pathy and ophthalmodynamometry was held on Nov. 15, 1965, concurrently with the 19 th Annual Congress of Clinical Ophthalmology in Sendai. 12 papers were presented over the following topics. 1) Side differences in CAP, by Y.Hayatsu, Niigata Univ. While no side differences in retinal arterial pressure values existed as a rule in normal subjects, differe-nces were present in cases with obstruction in the internal carotid or in cases of obstruc-tion of central retinal artery of recent onset.
