簡単な水晶体凍結摘出器（自作）について

I．まえおき

　水晶体全摘出に私の慣用する術式は，昭和23年以来，鑷子把嚢によるtumbling娩出（Elsch—nig法）で一貫している。もちろんその後，昭和28年から弁状創の1糸縫合を，昭和35年から3糸縫合を，更に昭和34年から40歳未満例のみに対するαキモトリプシンの使用を，それぞれrou—tineに加えたが，Elschnig法をとることは今日まで変つていない。Erisophake把嚢も昭和30年から行ないだしはしたが，常に鑷子把嚢を試みて不成功の場合に実施するのみである。

　即ち，Elschnig法の唯一の欠点は，膨化白内障を処理しえないことであると，私は考えるもので，この種の水晶体の把握に，erisophake以外の何かよい方法がないものかと，年来感じていた。そこで最近に報告の散見される低温利用の水晶体固着法に興味をおぼえ，自ら試みることを思いたつたのである。

Efforts were devoted toward the develop-ment of a small instrument in order to per-form extraction of lens through the use of low temperatures. The author was succes-sful in making such an instrument which is simple and fully accomplishes the purpose.

The instrument consists of four parts. 1) A pencil shaped hollow cylinder of chrome pla-ted copper 127mm in length with a maximum outer diameter of 10mm. The interior diame-ter is 8mm and 80mm in length. 2) A plastic ring that screws onto the cylinder but leaves the tip exposed. 3) A plastic sheath which screws onto the ring. 4) A protector cap for the tip.
