眼底血圧の測定—第16回日本医学会総会シンポジウム講演

Boold pressure measurement on the eye ground

I．緒言

　眼底血圧測定の方法論及びこれに伴ない別の角度より行つた2〜3の測定法による眼底血管の態度，並びに測定に際し生じる種々な生理学的の複雑な状態については日本眼科学会雑誌総会号に記載したので，この度びはその重複をさけ現在迄色々と討議されて来た問題，例えば眼底血圧は何処の圧なりや，又高血圧症患者に於ける上博血圧との関係等，更にはこの眼底血圧の意義を動的血圧変化即ち脈波の示す態度より考究して見た。

In this work, the author investigated the problems which had been discussed by many authorities, from variant views. At first, the measuring value of blood pressure on the eye ground is not only of ophthalmic artery itself from the view point of physiological changes on the terminal part of ophthalmic artery causing by increasing ocular-tension and more of anatomical aspects, but it suggest the side pressure of that artery as Friedenwald had reported.

From the results of fundus camera and photo-plethysmograpm, ocular pulse wave was found to resist the pulsation on the optic disc.
