細隙燈顕微鏡による眼部撮影—眼部撮影法，その1

　眼の撮影は対象が小さい上に，光を感ずる組織であり，また透明な組織が多いために，他の部位に比べて困難で，目的とする所見を常に間違いなく撮影することは仲々困難である。それは特殊な接写（拡大写真）しかも最も難しい接写ともいえる。

　戦後，感光材料，撮影機械が長足の進歩をとげ，また，専門の撮影装置も工夫されて，十数年前ならば熟練者が多くの撮影の中からようやくとらえていたような，微細な所見を，明確に誰でも容易にとれるようになり，大学の教室等では希望する各種の写真が担当医の負担なしに，いつでも得られるようになつている。しかし，特殊な撮影，殊に細隙燈顕微鏡で観察した所見の撮影などに関してはまだまだ再現不能であり，特に細隙光による反帰光線の所見等は撮影に成功していない現状である。

Though the progress of photography of the eye is very remarkable, the findings of slit lamp microscopy has not yet been caught on films. The author discussed on the conditions of slit light photography of the eye, and reached following conclusion.

Good slit-light photography is possible only under the following conditions : 1. Sufficient luminous light source. 2. Adequate exposure. 3. Spatial coincidence of image in the finder, the film surface and the accurate optical section by slit-light beam.
