大分大学医学部眼科におけるぶどう膜炎の臨床統計

A three-year review of uveitis at Oita University Hospital

要約　目的：過去3年間の大分大学眼科でのぶどう膜炎の統計報告。対象と方法：2006～2008年に当科を受診した内因性ぶどう膜炎176例を診療録に基づいて検索した。結果：男性76例，女性100例で，年齢は6～85歳，平均53歳であった。59例が片眼，117例が両眼に発症していた。内訳は，サルコイドーシス51例（29％），原田病16例（9％），Behçet病12例（7％），ヒトT細胞白血病ウイルス1関連ぶどう膜炎5例（3％）などであり，58例（33％）が分類不能であった。結論：今回の結果は，従来の他施設からの報告と同様に，サルコイドーシス，原田病，Behçet病の3大ぶどう膜炎の頻度が高いことを示している。

Abstract.　Purpose：To present a statistical review of endogenous uveitis seen at the Oita University Hospital during the past 3 years. Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 176 cases of endogenous uveitis seen from 2006 through 2008. Results：The series comprised 76 males and 100 females. The age ranged from 6 to 85 years,average 53 years. Fifty-nine cases were unilaterally and 117 cases were bilaterally affected. Sarcoidosis was the most frequent clinical entity at 51 cases（29％）,followed by Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease at 16 cases（9％）,Behçet disease at 12 cases（7％）,and uveitis related to human T-cell leukemia virus at 5 cases（3％）. Uveitis in 58 cases could not be classified. Conclusion：The present findings are in accord with past reports from other institutions and show three uveitis entities as the most frequent ones in Japan.
