ウルトラスリーブを用いた水晶体超音波乳化吸引術における灌流量とリーク量

Flow rate and leakage of irrigating fluid during phacoemulsification with adjunct use of ultrasleeve

要約　目的：外形が小さいウルトラスリーブを使って水晶体超音波乳化吸引術を行ったときの灌流液の動態の報告。対象：ウルトラスリーブで超音波乳化吸引術を行った白内障34眼を対象とした。結果：過去に報告したマイクロスリーブと比較し，ウルトラスリーブでは毎分の灌流量が有意に少なかった。超音波作動時間，吸引時間，灌流液の漏れについては，両群間に有意差がなかった。結論：ウルトラスリーブを使って水晶体超音波乳化吸引術を行うと，従来のマイクロスリーブよりも灌流液の量が少なくなり，角膜切開創を小さくできる。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report dynamics of irrigating fluid using ultrasleeve during phacoemulsification-aspiration（PEA）. Cases：This study was made on 34 eyes that received PEA with ultrasleeve. Findings were compared with our previous report on PEA using microsleeve. Results：Flow rate of irrigating fluid was significantly less for ultrasleeve than microsleeve. There were no signifcant differences between two groups regarding time of activation of ultrasound, duration of aspiration, or leakage of irrigating fluid. Conclusion：PEA with ultrasleeve results in lesser flow of irrigatinig fluid and smaller corneal incision than PEA with microsleeve.
