目的：総合病院眼科での電子クリティカルパスについての現状報告。方法：長崎医療センターではオンライン評価が可能な電子クリティカルパスの運用を2004年5月に開始し，2005年7月までの1年間の使用状況を評価した。結果：白内障用，硝子体用など14種類の電子クリティカルパスを計140件使用した。バリアンス発生率は17.9％，パス中断率は19.3％であった。このシステムは5項目についての点数により評価できた。結論：電子クリティカルパスは，バリアンスの理由，中断の理由，総合評価を参考にして修正できる。これにより作業効率を高めることが期待される。

Purpose：To report the current status of electronic critical pathways in a general hospital. Method：We introduced the electronic critical pathways in May 2004. We made an on-line evaluation of the system during a one-year period through July 2005. Results：We used 14 kinds of pathways specific for cataract,vitreous etc for 140 cases. Incidence of variance was 17.9％,and that of interuption was 19.3％. The system could be evaluated on 5 items. Conclusion：Our electronic critical pathways can be modified by referring to causes of variance and interruption as well as to total evaluation. The thus modified system is expected to increase the work efficiency.
