核硬度別寒天模擬核を用いた水晶体超音波乳化吸引手技への応用

Use of mock nucleus made of agar of varying hardness in the practice of cataract surgery

目的：寒天で模擬水晶体核を作製し，豚眼での超音波白内障手術に応用した報告。方法：グレード3に相当する模擬核を寒天で作製し，水晶体実質を除去した豚眼の水晶体囊内に注入した。この模擬核をdivide ＆ conquer法で分割し，超音波乳化手術を行った。結果：水晶体囊内で固まった模擬核は囊内で回転することができ，人眼に近い感触で溝掘りと分割ができた。分割した核の除去では，人眼に比べてやや吸引しにくかった。結論：寒天を材料とする硬度が異なる模擬核は，豚眼での超音波白内障手術の実習で，溝掘り，分割，核回転，核片除去が可能であり，手技の習得に有用であった。

Purpose：To report mock nucleus made of agar in the practice of cataract surgery in porcine eye. Method：The mock nucleus was made of agar corresponding to grade 3 hardness. It was injected into the lens capsule of porcine eye. The mock nucleus was subjected to divide ＆ conquer method and phacoemulsification-aspiration. Results：The mock nucleus could be rotated,sculpted and divided similar to manipulation during cataract surgery. Conclusion：The mock nucleus made of agar was useful in the practice of cataract surgery using porcine eye.
