Purpose:To report a case of viteous hemorrhage with retinal vascular malformations. Case:A 29-year-old female presented with seeing floaters since 5 days before. Her visual acuity was 1.2 right and 1.5 left. Her right fundus showed vitreous and subretinal hemorrhage, and loop formation of superior temporal retinal artery. The more distal portion of the artery showed tortuosity and occlusion. Fluorescein angiography showed irregular caliber and dye staining of veins at the site of arteriovenous crossing. Conclusion:There is a possibility that the looped retinal artery induced venous stagnation by pressure at the site of arteriovenous crossing. Vitreoretinal hemorrhage may have been due to congenital tortuosity and narrowing of distal portion of retinal artery.
