はじめに

　最近，脳性小児マヒの病因として出生前母児間の感染，アノキシアとともに出生時の物理的損傷，高度黄疸などが挙げられることが多いが，これと関連して具体的統計の少ない新生児頭血腫を中心に，分娩様式の変遷に伴なう発現率および血腫の吸収による黄疸の推移などを追求した。
