膝の腫脹を主訴とする患者は日常よく見られるが，膝関節滑膜血管腫は比較的まれで診断に難渋する事が多い．私たちは下肢の過成長を伴う膝関節滑膜血管腫を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
