抄録：気道確保が困難で麻酔管理上問題が多い強直性脊椎炎の麻酔を経験したので，気管内挿管困難の場合の注意点を含めて検討を加えた．この様な疾患の場合，気道に対する術前の十分な評価が重要であると考えられた．
