抄録：臨床的に骨巨細胞を良性，Aggressive，悪性に分類し骨肉腫，MFHを加え，免疫組織学的検索を行った．方法はABC法でホルマリン固定後の手術材料を用い，抗Vimentin，抗Actin，抗F-XIIIR，抗Laminin，抗F-XIIIA，抗α1-antitrypsin，抗α1-antichymotrypsin，抗lysozymeの染色を行った．
良性骨巨細胞腫の間質を構成する線維芽細胞，筋線維芽細胞はF-XIIIA陽性．組織球様細胞はα1-antichymotrypsin陽性．各症例で構成細胞成分の割合に差がみられた．
