抄録：Petrie法を改良し，取り外し可能の2本のcrossbarで大腿ギプスを連結したmodified A-cast法を考按し，ペルテス病を治療した．治療開始して10年以上経過してbone maturityに達した症例の成績を検討した．
成績判定はX線所見からStulbergのclass判定法と，Mose法，ATD，radius quotient，CE角を計測する10点法にて行った．
