保存的治療を行った小児の経肘頭肘関節前方脱臼骨折の1例

Conservative Treatment of a Pediatric Anterior Transolecranon Fracture-dislocation. Case Report

　7歳男児の橈骨遠位骨端線損傷を合併した稀な経肘頭肘関節前方脱臼骨折の1例を経験した．小児の経肘頭肘関節前方脱臼骨折に対する報告はほとんどなく，治療法や治療成績は明確ではない．本症例では肘頭に対して保存的加療を，橈骨遠位骨端線損傷に対してはピンニングを施行し，術後6年4カ月の時点で良好な結果を得た．

　We report a rare case of anterior transolecranon fracture-dislocation and epiphyseal injury of the distal radius in a 7-year-old boy.　We treated the anterior transolecranon fracture-dislocation conservatively by confirming satisfactory stability after reduction, and we pinned the distal epiphyseal injury of the radius.　Excellent results have been obtained as of 6 years 4 months after surgery.
