外傷性頚部症候群207症例における圧痛を有する横突起高位と症状との関係

Relationship between the Levels of Tender Transverse Processes and Symptoms in 207 Patients with Whiplash Injury

　交通事故により発生した外傷性頚部症候群207症例で，圧痛を有する頚椎横突起高位と症状の関係を検討した．頚椎横突起の圧痛は，症状の有無や重篤さと関係があると思われた．C2，C3横突起の圧痛は，Barrě-Lieou症候群症状の発生と関係する可能性を認めた．

　The relationship between the levels of tender transverse processes and symptoms were studied in 207 patients with whiplash injury caused by traffic accidents.　The number of tender transverse processes tended to increase along with an increase in the seriousness of symptoms.　There may be a relationship between the Barrě-Lieou syndrome and the tenderness of C2 and C3 transverse processes.
