84歳,女性のremitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edemaの1例を報告する.
The case of an 84-year-old woman with remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis and pitting edema syndrome is described. The patient initially presented with acute onset of pitting edema of both hands, and one month later developed pitting edema of both feet. Serum tests for RAPA and CCP antibody were both negative. The clinical and laboratory signs of inflammation and edema gradually resolved, and there was a complete remission, as predicted. The characteristic feature of this case is the asynchronous onset of edema of the hands and of the feet.
