　われわれは，自動回内は可能であるが自他動の回外が不可能であった三角線維軟骨複合体（TFCC）損傷に伴う遠位橈尺関節ロッキングの2例を経験した．症例はいずれも単純X線像で，尺骨茎状突起骨折を認め，関節造影ではTFCCが尺骨頭と重なるような造影剤の欠損像を呈していた．MRIでは，TFCCの水平高信号と遠位橈尺関節での関節液貯留像を呈していた．本病態は三角靭帯の背側部分に尺骨頭が嵌頓することで発生していた．治療については，無理な徒手整復による尺骨小窩の損傷を引き起こさないように愛護的にロッキングを解除することが必要である．

　We report two cases of locked distal radioulnar joint due to a triangular fibrocartilage (TFCC) tear.　Both patients were found to have loss of the supination range but normal pronation, like a locking of fingers.　An ulnar styloid fracture was diagnosed.　Arthrograms demonstrated overlapping of the TFCC and ulnar head, and MRI showed joint effusion and a TFCC tear.　Arthroscopy revealed increased tension of the TFCC proper and tightness of the TFCC.　Open release of the DRUJ locking was successful without any further foveal detachment tear.
