　Léri-Weill dyschondrosteosis（LWD）は両側性のMadelung変形と中間肢節の短縮を特徴とする比較的稀な骨系統疾患である．今回，男女1人ずつのLWDを経験した．19歳の男性と34歳の女性である．近年，LWDにおけるMadelung変形などの四肢骨病変にエストロゲンが関与する可能性が報告されている．本症例においてもMadelung変形の程度は女性例で強く，それに伴う手関節痛は思春期に初発していた．

　We report herein 2 cases with Léri-Weill dyschondrosteosis (LWD) characterized by short stature, mesomelia and Madelung deformity. The patients were a 19-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman. Recent study showed that estrogen was involved in the deformity of the bone in LWD. In our series the female patient had Madelung deformity more severely than and the male had felt pain in her bilateral wrists at puberty.
