 Putting together the results of falls prevention researches have showed that falls are considered as the results from physical weakness and/or disorders, which cause fractures, the bedridden and institutionalization. Therefore, it is important that the elderly of falls likelihood should be seen carefully in order to detect diseases and/or disorders early and precisely. Individualized intervention meeting characteristics of the elderly demonstrated better effect of falls prevention. Meta-analysis of exercise effects have shown that general exercise and balance training substantially reduce the falls. Today, the time when the numbers of elderly has been increased, scientific evidence, which contributes falls prevention, should be accumulated much more.
