はじめに
大腸の機能的イレウスであるOgilvie症候群（Acute preudo-obstruction of the colon）は，欧米では比較的多く報告されているが，本邦での報告例は少ない．
今回われわれは，膵癌の術後に発症したOgilvie症候群の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
