今日スポーツの普及と共にスポーツ外傷も次第に増加の傾向にある．スポーツ外傷の中で，前腸骨棘の摧裂骨折は比較的少い骨折である．私の経験した此の症例は骨端線（Apophyse）の融合並に骨端核（Apophysenkern）の発育にも関係があると思考されるので，敢て報告して諸家の御批判を仰ぎ度く思う次第である．
